the heel of my bowling shoes starts to gets "sticky". wat can i do other den buying a new pair of shoes?

Buy a wire brush or borrow one from someone in your league or the front desk at the lanes if you don't bowl in a league.
Reply:for the heel of your shoes i usually clean it with some windex and then put a small amound of easy slide on them. MAKE SURE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE HELL AND NOT THE SOLE! If you need to clean the soles of your sliding shoe apply a large amount of easy slide and use a wire brush to brush it out
