Bowling advice needed~!?
Eleven pounds is a really light ball. Unless you have some physical problems or are a younger person, etc. I'd suggest some more weight. I have several bowling balls in the weight range of 14 to 15 pounds. I prefer different weights for different oil patterns. 16 pounds, on the other hand, is just too much for me.

Another thing that bothers me is your term, 'spinner' release. In bowling, we do not 'spin' the ball. We rotate it or crank it. We throw a hook.

As for equipment, you're going to want to have your own ball and have it drilled with a fingertip. Fingertip drilling is where you will put your fingers into the ball only up to you first knuckle. By doing this, your fingers will put more 'lift' onto the ball, which will in turn produce 'rotation'.

At this point, start with a simple ball. Don't start with a highly reactive ball. You won't know what to do with it and it will only discourage you. I suggest something like a Classic Zone, a Columbia 300, an Ebonite Nitro.

Get yourself a decent pair of shoes. No need to invest in highly expensive shoes at this point.

I do not suggest the use of a glove. Support of this kind only becomes a dependancy later on in life and your game. If you're comfortable without one, I encourage that.

And of course, there are the little things you'll need. A towel or two, some ball cleaner, Nu Skin, a rosin bag, and some easy slide. Those are the basics.

As for your release, here's my suggestion, once you get that fingertip ball, remember, when you hand comes out of the ball, your thumb should be on top, your fingers below. Your fingers should snap into the palm of your hand. This will help you attain lift. Then, reach out and follow through. Reach out your hand as if you were reaching out to shake hands with the pins. This will help your power.

And always remember, never, ever take your eyes off of your mark until you see your ball go over it!
