Amf bowling lane prices in US?

i need to know prices 4 the lanes and shoes 4 child and adults

Thank-U! =P

Amf bowling lane prices in US?
It varies, each bowling lane is different. Sometimes it depends on the day of the week or even the time of day. Here in Minnesota I've seen prices as low as $1.50 per game and free shoes, and as high as $5.00 per game and $3.50 for shoes.

Look in the yellow pages under Bowling (Recreation or Sports) and call a few bowling lanes close to you. They'll tell you prices over the phone.

If you have a group, ask to talk to someone about group rates. Sometimes the folks in charge can flexible with the cost.

How much does bowling cost at Bowling America?

i'm going with friends and i was wondering how much it cost per game, if i'm going to rent both ball and shoes

How much does bowling cost at Bowling America?
Bowling is pricey. Averages here since there's no specific location was given.

$4 per person per game

$3 shoe rental

So you're lookin at an average of $11 total for two games and shoe rental. That's about 30 minutes of bowling. That's also without factoring in money for doing things before or afterwards with friends. Ball rental is free at bowling alleys.

Read this! About a shy guy...Is he telling me he still likes me?

I said just friends or not at all, He said Just friends and then he started talking to me more.(He's shy) He would ook into my eyes then looking away, and looking nervous. Today when we were sitting next to each other (bowling league) we talked but not a lot. He wouldn't just talk straight he would turn to me and look in my eyes and looked at my lips i think and then at my eyes,(i had new glasses on as well and he kept staring at me from afar) then i couldn't slide very well on the lanes and he said "here hold on let me get you some powder for your bowling shoe" and i walked over and asked where i needed the powder and he told me to lift my foot up and he put the powder on my shoe and patted it in for me.. I thought that was sweet. So -- Here's the question, Does he seem to want to be just friends or does this seem like he still truly likes me and is trying to prove it to me

Read this! About a shy guy...Is he telling me he still likes me?
Personally I think he likes you but here are some ways to decode "Guy Talk"

If the guy is looking at you with a sparkle in his eye, in that "I want you to want me" kind of way, he's obviously crazy about you. He's probably so busy concentrating on you that he's not even aware of what he's saying or doing. This is good for you, as it means that whatever is coming out of his mouth is likely to be honest and undisguised - he's off-guard so it's likely he's going to let his true feelings show. You can use this to your advantage.

Listen to the tone of voice he's using - it's crucial in order to figure out guy talk.

If the guy you are dating talks continuously, it may not be because he's totally in love with himself. He may be nervous around you because he really likes you.

Look for body language: it really helps in your quest to figuring out guy talk.

If he is smiling a lot at you when he is talking it just doesn't mean he is happy he also like you

If he hugs you, he definitely likes you enough to show his feelings

Don't look for hidden meanings in what he's saying; guys dislike the Can-You-Analyze-Me game.

Ask a friend what they think about his behavior.

And heres some ways to tell if he likes you.

Examine his body language. If he likes you, you may see that he leans towards you. Notice if he shows off in your presence. For example:

He may approach you and try to impress you, or get your attention by getting in your personal space. If he likes you, and you like him, neither of you will step back. If he ever says, "hey watch this" or something else there's a big chance he likes you. A bad habit that people sometimes do is try to put other boys down to make themselves look good.

Notice his eye contact. If he likes you, he'll try to catch your eye and hold it. This can be uncomfortable if you don't like him (or vice versa). If you feel like you have held eye contact just a fraction of a second longer than you would with anyone else, or if he looks away quickly, then there is something there.

His pupils may dilate if he likes you, but this is quite hard to pick up on, and you might come across as acting strangely by looking that closely into his eyes.

Be aware of touching. He might put his hand on your arm when he laughs, or not move his leg if it happens to touch yours, or he may hug you for small things - all are good signs of a guy liking you.

Watch for him showing interest in things you like and do. Notice the way he treats you - does he playfully tease you, or call you names, just to try and get your attention? It's natural for a guy to tease when he likes a girl, but remember, someone can still tease someone, even if they aren't attracted to them. But remember, some guys simply will not tease you.

Check for signs of nervousness Nervous laughter, sweaty palms, fidgeting, looking away quickly when you notice if he is watching you are all good signs of an attraction towards you and that he is nervous about making an impression on someone he fancies. Also notice if you call his name, does his head snap around right away or does it turn gradually?

Get a friend to tell him that she thinks you like him, and see how he reacts around you. Does he seem happy?

Smile - a big smile in return is a good sign. See if he always ends up in the same part of the room as you; perhaps he keeps going out of his way to bump into you and to flash his smile in your direction then flash a quick smile back to avoid blushing.

Pay attention to his friends. If they know he's interested in you, they might tease him subtly when you're around, hint to you that he likes you, or even try to find out if you like him. Study their reactions to your presence - do they smile? Do they turn to him? Do they smirk in a way that suggests they know something that you don't? If so, then there's a good chance that they know that he really does like you.

Be open! Give him room to approach you and talk to you - it can ruin the situation if he hasn't got any opportunity to do so, for example if your friends are giggling in the background, or you are never on your own.

Pay attention to how many times he uses your name. If you talk to him often, watch how many times he uses your first name. People tend to use your name to get your attention, and it shows that they think about you! For example, if you say something, and he replies with "haha, nice, so-and-so" it means he thinks about what he is saying more than if he replies with "haha, nice." The second doesn't mean he doesn't like you, but using your name is usually a tell-tale sign.

Notice his behaviour in conversation. Sometimes when guys ask you questions and other people distract the conversation or cut him off, he'll just forget about it. If you notice that he keeps asking or changing the subject back to the question until you answer, then he may like you - but if the topic is something serious, he may just want to know out of curiosity.

Good Luck♥

Luv, JD☼
Reply:Personally, I don't know what other guys would do, but for a guy to put out like that, he definately likes you, but then again you know him better than i do he might just be a very nice guy who does nice gestures anyway, But if i liked a girl, i would do nice gestures for her, just t make sure she knows.

Reply:first thank u for answering my ? but it seems like he does like u but u said he is shy so he might not be sure if u like him as much
Reply:If he's shy than he might be trying to get his point across the shy guy way: Do all these little things hoping that you will notice. He really likes you but he might think that b/c he's shy that you might not totally like him back. Trust your instincts and ask if he likes you. If he doesn't answer it means 'yes' and if he answers listen to what he says. Good Luck.
Reply:I think he might like you as a friend. He's just to shy to tell you how he feels.

Who is tired of the spamming on the religon and spirituality boards?

seriusly people this is stupid. I use this place to witness to people about christ. Not hear questions about finding bowling shoes that are the same color, or Godzilla versus Jesus. This needs to be stopped for real. who will join me?

Who is tired of the spamming on the religon and spirituality boards?
yes your right on that one im in dire need for real religious conversation not the children ive witnessed today

i dont need conversion but i see the need is real. this is for religious disscussions weither people beleive in god is really up to you. choose the right!!
Reply:I will, and I'll call on The Knights Templars for help.
Reply:you know that it will keep getting more and more like this as time passes.... cuz the enemy uses any avenue he can to keep the truth from being heard... (no matter WHAT the truth IS to people) important questions that are asked will be buried by the one that are pointless
Reply:I think that you are right and a lot of the contributors to these questions (R and S) are nothing more than what they claim Christians to be...pushy, arrogant, and trying to ram their religion (or lack of) down everyone else's throat...oh and don't forget intolerant...yea most definitely intolerant!!! Freedom of speech is great but unfortunately we are losing ours.
Reply:I will. But seriously I don't think there's anything anybody can do to change it.Unless there's some way I don't know about yet.I guess until then we can just ignore the ones who aren't serious and only answer questions from those who are. That's what I do but sometimes it's a little hard to tell if someone is sincerely wanting to know something about Christ or is just mocking him.But really it would be nice if the ones who just want to play around stayed off of the Christian area so we can help those who really need it.
Reply:I'm tired of it because it tends to drown out the people with legitimate questions, but all that you can do is to simply ignore people who don't ask serious questions. They will go away and find some other form of amusement.
Reply:I agree with you. This board should be devoted entirely to the one true god, Quetzalcóatl (pbuh), and to nothing else.

Quetzalcóatl will not be mocked.
Reply:This site is designed so people can express their views not ask stupid questions. Just pray for these people.

But spam happens...nothings going stop it.
Reply:Not I... I need a break from all the anti-gay, anti-atheist hatemongering going on in here while waiting for questions that actually make sense and for my Vicodin to kick in to kill the pain in my knee.

Reply:Maybe its time to go watch some TV. I find if I get annoyed it is best to leave the site for awhile. Don't get discouraged there is a lot of rubbish on here but every once in awhile your answer may help someone. That is all you can expect.
Reply:Yes, let us spread the word of Christ. I'll help you,
Reply:I believe it is called mocking and scoffing, not spamming. And so, what can be done? After all, Jesus said that in the end-times there would be scoffers and mockers of God.
Reply:Many would rather discuss such things %26amp; not face the Truth.
Reply:First off, this isn't a Christian run thing. Your church is. Why not go witness Jesus there?

Secondly, spam happens. To anyone who's serious about spirituality, meh. Us serious people really dun care much. It brings color to a really tense subject.

Third, even if you try to get it stopped, it'll find a way in. It always does. So please dun whine. Thanks

Reply:You're not supposed to "use this place to witness to people about christ", proselytizing is against the Community guidelines. Do your thing and never mind what other people are doing.
Reply:I agree. It's sad to see that people do not consider what's being discussed.
Reply:This is not a good place to cast your pearls! Perhaps there are a few genuine people around. Atheists seem to come here to work off their hatred.
Reply:i for one will ask my silly questions now and redouble my efforts

you use it to witness

i use it to have fun

you whine cause you werent invited it sounds
Reply:Get a life. Do your witnessing to people who want to have your fairy stories rammed down their throat.

Come on here to discuss, argue and debate - not preach to the converted.

How do you know that the colour of bowling shoes is not a deep metaphysical mystery. OK, it isn't - but how do you know that?
Reply:I am tired of spam because it is everywhere!!!
Reply:Would you like some cheese with that whine?
Reply:This forum isn't meant for you to use it to preach to people either. This forum was meant to ask questions that are meant to be used to gain knowledge about different religions and their beliefs.
Reply:You "use this place to witness to people about christ"???

I don't want to read your religious spamming. I don't believe for one minute that there is anyone on this board who hasn't heard the gospel.

We lighten things up at times when necessary. It's part of the R%26amp;S experience, and I guarantee the majority here enjoy the break from seriousness all the time.
Reply:Funny I come to answer questions, not hawk a particular religion like it was a "fallen off the truck" set of speakers... To me, the true spam is when a question is asked about something, and someone answers with the same played out cut and paste, usually about Islam or Christianity, and often having nothing to do with the question..

That spam I am tired of.
Reply:Sounds like someone needs a hug.
